Return and Replacement Policy


At Akashic Studios, we take great care in creating and delivering high-quality artwork. Please read our return, replacement, and cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, along with the invoice/bill.

  • Only original artworks are eligible for returns.

  • Customized framed artworks or framed prints are not eligible for refunds. These are only eligible for replacement (not return/refund).


Replacement Policy (Framed & Unframed Prints)

Replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You receive a broken frame

  • You receive broken glass

  • You receive a damaged print

  • You receive a wrong artwork

Mandatory condition for replacement:

Customers must inform Akashic Studios about any damaged artwork, quality issue, or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photos of the artwork and packaging as proof of damage/issue.

If Akashic Studios is informed after 48 hours of delivery, we shall not be liable to replace the product or issue a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized framed artworks

  • Customized framed prints

  • Any product not in its original condition

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery


Order Cancellation Policy

Our artwork is custom-produced especially for you. Production begins within 2 hours of receiving your order.

Cancellations are allowed only if:

  • You contact us before production begins (within approx. 2 hours of placing the order).

  • Once payment is completed and production starts, the order cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel because you prefer another product:

  • Our team can help you with a product replacement,

  • Only if you inform us within 24 hours of placing the order.


Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for original artworks and only if the returned artwork is received in its original condition.

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. You will receive an email confirming we received the return.

  2. You will be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

Refunds are NOT applicable on:

  • Customized framed artworks

  • Customized framed prints

  • Any replacement-only product

  • Any product not returned in original condition


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—posting delays are possible.

  3. Contact your bank—refund processing may take time.
