Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.
Orders are dispatched within 5 working days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation.
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are subject to courier company/postal service norms.

Akashic Studios is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities but guarantees dispatch within the committed time frame.

Delivery Address

All orders will be delivered to the registered address of the buyer, as per the billing details used at checkout (unless a different address is specified at the time of order).
Akashic Studios is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the shipment while it is in transit with the courier/postal service.
